AACVPR Program Certification

Click here to continue to your Dashboard

2010 AACVPR certification and recertification applications are currently in review and the cycle has closed. If you have previously submitted an application, click the graphic above to log in and access your dashboard.

The AACVPR Certification Center is open! Fundamentally, the requirements to certify or recertify your Cardiovascular or Pulmonary Rehabilitation program have not changed – we’ve just made the application process easier.

Benefits of the new online Certification Center:

  • You’ll save time! The new online application is more user-friendly. With intuitive prompts and application tips, it will help you correctly submit your applications the first time. For your convenience, you may now use a credit card and save processing time!
  • You’ll save money! This new online application process no longer requires that hard copies of the application be provided via mail. You’ll now save on photocopying and shipping.
  • Be prepared! Throughout the application is a listing of documents which may be requested by application reviewers during the review process.  While these documents are not required to be submitted with the application, applicants should be prepared to do so, if requested, during the review process. It is suggested that as you assemble your certification documents, you store a hard copy or digital folder of back-up information to have readily available should the reviewers ask to see this data in the upcoming audit and review process.
