AACVPR must show its accreditor that everyone in a position to control the content of an education activity has disclosed all financial relationships with any commercial interest to them. All disclosure information provided to AACVPR will be reviewed to ensure that no conflicts of interest exist prior to the confirmation of the individual for the educational assignment. Additional information may be requested. It is the responsibility of the individual to notify AACVPR of any changes in the disclosure information provided since the submission of the disclosure form. Disclosures are due by Wednesday, April 17.

All speakers are required to provide presentation materials for CME approval to firstname.lastname@example.org. Each speaker is asked to submit a final PowerPoint of the presentation slides for review by the Program Planning Committee. Speaker summaries are due Friday, August 9.
Audio/Visual Information (AV)
All breakout session and rapid-fire presentation rooms will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, PC, podium microphone, and wired lavaliere microphone. Speakers are required to bring their final presentation with them on a flash drive to their session.
Please note: presentation rooms will not be equipped with WiFi. PowerPoint Presentations should be formatted to widescreen size (16:9 ratio). To format your slides, please follow the instructions available on the Microsoft Office website here. All Annual Meeting presentations must be submitted on the official Annual Meeting branded presentation template. Please click below to download the template.

Travel and Lodging
As a reminder, each speaker must make their own hotel reservation and coordinate their own travel. Although you will cover your own room, AACVPR will be reserving a number of rooms at a group rate at select hotels. You will receive more information on this once we receive your acceptance. Friday is the final day of the Exhibit Hall. It closes for the duration of the conference at 12 p.m. on September 20.
