All products are shipped via US Mail or UPS ground. All product orders are processed within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 5 days for shipping/handling.

Refund/Return Policy

AACVPR will accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the publication price. Please note the cost of shipping/handling is non-refundable. All returns must include your name, contact information, original merchandise and reason for return. AACVPR reserves the right to refuse the return of any item. All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original purchase (ie: check, credit card). Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of return. Please allow an additional 5 days for shipping when receiving a refund by check.

Cancellation Policy
