Rejoin the Registries

If you are receiving this message, your program's registry access has been suspended for registry subscription non-payment. Please see below for instructions on how to regain access to the registries:

  1. Email the registry team at registry@aacvpr.org with the following information:
    1. The name and address of the program
    2. The subscription you would like reactivated (CR Registry or PR Registry)
    3. The name of the principal user for your program

2.  Once received, the registry team will provide you with an updated registry invoice based on the current registry subscription period, and will reach out to our development team to reactivate your program’s access to the registry while payment is processed by your program. Payment may either be submitted online or via check.

To ensure uninterrupted access to the registry in the future, please ensure the individual listed as your Registry Principal User on your program’s Registry Roster is up to date and is able to receive email messages from AACVPR.
