The webinar will offer an understanding of personality disorder from a clinical point of view. 
It will present renowned theories and research.
Through case studies presentation, participant will receive helpful tips in order to insure that patients sustain full benefit of cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation.  Participant will also learn how to manage difficult interactions with coworkers.

1. Why it is important to understand the etiology of personality disorder.
2. Techniques to address difficult patients and coworkers in a non-conflictual way.
3. A solid and well-communicating team is the best way to address difficult patients.
4. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences and will receive feedback.
