The final piece of this hands on session will end with a guided meditation practice that will include scanning the physical body for tension, observing the mind in attempts to recognize dysfunctional thoughts that cause stress while deeply plugging into the sensations of breathing to bring awareness into the present moment alleviating ruminating and anticipatory thoughts that can cause stress.
