1. When is the AACVPR 37th Annual Meeting?

The 37th AACVPR Annual Meeting will be in West Palm Beach, FL from Wednesday, September 21 through Friday, September 23, 2022.

2. Where will the annual meeting be held?

The 37th AACVPR Annual Meeting will be held at the Palm Beach Convention Center, 650 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL, 33401.

3. Where will registrants book a hotel?

There are room blocks at two different hotels this year. 1) Hilton West Palm Beach for $187 a night; 2) West Palm Beach Marriott for $150 a night. 4. What are the early bird and standard registration date cut-offs?

Early bird registration is from June 1, 2022, through July 25, 2022. Standard registration is July 26, 2022, through September 23, 2022.

7. Are pre-meeting workshops included in the general registration fee

No, pre-meeting workshops are an additional fee. Early Bird Member Rate is $99, and Early Bird Non-Bird rate is $125. Standard Registration Member Rate is $125, and Standard Non-Member Rate is $150.

8. What’s the difference between In-person and Beyond the Beach Annual Meeting Registration?

In-person registration will be held live in West Palm Beach, FL Wednesday, September 21 through Friday, September 23. Beyond the Beach Registration is online, on demand access to the recorded sessions from the in-person meeting. Beyond the Beach recordings only include general and breakout sessions. Rapid fire and Pre-Meeting Workshops are not included in the recording.

9. Who will have access to the Beyond the Beach Recorded sessions?

All in-person registrants who attended the full three-day meeting in West Palm Beach will automatically get free access to the Beyond the Beach recordings. Also, anyone who purchased the Beyond the Beach recording registration package will get access.

10. Who doesn’t get free access to the Beyond the Beach Recorded sessions?

One-day registrants and pre-meeting workshop-only registrants don’t get Beyond the Beach as part of their registration. Also, those who didn’t pay for the full three-day in-person meeting in West Palm Beach, FL, or the Beyond the Beach recording package will not have access to the on demand recordings.

11. When does Beyond the Beach registration open?

Registration is now open for the Beyond the Beach recordings but registrants will not have access to the on demand recordings until two weeks after the In-Person meeting (from October 10, 2022 through January 31, 2023).

Starting on October 10, recordings of the live sessions and additional on-demand presentations will be available to access. Annual Meeting registrants can view the on-demand recordings through your Pathable profile until January 31, 2023. After viewing the presentation recording, click the survey link on the Pathable session page to complete the evaluation and download your certificate. Beyond the Beach participants can earn up to 55.75, commiserate with the sessions viewed and evaluated by January 31, 2023.

12. How much CE is available for the 2022 annual meeting?

In-Person registrants can earn up to 17.5 CE for attending the live meeting in West Palm Beach. In-Person registrants can also earn up to 42.50 additional credit hours with the Beyond the Beach recording package for a possible total of up to 60.00 CE. Registrants that only purchase the Beyond the Beach recorded sessions can earn up to 54.50 CE.

13. What if you want to only register for a pre-meeting workshop, is this an option?

Yes, those that only want to register for a pre-meeting workshop must email aacvpr@aacvpr.org with the title and time of the session(s) they want. These registrants will be added on the backend by staff and invoiced accordingly.

14. What is the annual meeting session schedule?

Registration will open between 7-7:30 a.m. each morning. Sessions will begin at 8 a.m. and will generally run between 1-1.5 hours. To view the full schedule please click here.

15. What is the group discount option?

Groups of three of more people from the same hospital system can get 10% off their general registration. Pre-meeting workshops and guest tickets are not included in this discount rate. To receive the discount one person from the group must download the Group Discount Excel spreadsheet and send it back to aacvpr@aacvpr.org. The spreadsheet must remain in the Excel format. The contact for the group will receive the discount codes after all eligible parties have been uploaded in the annual meeting registration database. 16. What are the COVID-19 vaccination requirements at the annual meeting?

All attendees, speakers and exhibitors of the 37th AACVPR Annual Meeting must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test, taken 48 hours upon arrival. To verify the vaccination status of each guest, AACVPR has partnered with CLEAR Health Pass. 17. Are masks required?

Masks remain optional for all attendees, based on level of comfort.

18. What are the social distancing guidelines?

At the registration desk, we will have green, yellow and red stickers for you to add to your badge to indicate your comfort level and desire for social distancing.

19. What networking options will be available during the annual meeting?

There will be an Opening Reception on Wednesday, September 21 from 4-6:30 p.m. EST and Closing Ceremony on Friday, September 23 from 7-9:30 p.m.

Note: All annual meeting registrants will receive an email confirmation after they register for the meeting. This email will include your badge details, the link to the hotel room blocks (if attending in-person), the convention center name and address, and the AACVPR annual meeting cancellation policy.
