The Annual Meeting will be held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.
Hotel Information
For our first in-person Annual Meeting since 2019, we are excited to offer two different hotel stay options! After registering for the event, you will receive an access link to book your stay at either hotel.
*Please note that as of August 10, the Hilton is sold out on Tuesday and Saturday. Rooms are still available all week at the Marriott.
Travel Options
West Palm Beach Airport
PBI is an 8 minute drive from the Hilton and a 9 minute drive from the Marriott.
When arriving at PBI, call the Marriott Hotel at 561-833-1234 to request a shuttle. The shuttle runs at the top of the hour and half hour to bring guests from the airport to the Marriott.
Brightline High-Speed Rail offers train tickets from both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale to West Palm Beach for reasonable prices ($14-$40; Subject to change. A shuttle is available from FLL to the Brightline station.
Attendees can Uber/Lyft 6 miles from FLL to the Brightline station. Then it is a 40 minute non-stop ride.

Airport Shuttle – Complimentary shuttle service to West Palm Beach Airport
- Shuttle runs between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm daily
- (on the :15 and :45) from the Hotel (pick up is on the front drive)
- (on the :00 and :30) from the Airport (exit baggage claim and cross to the center median and look for the sign that say hotel/motel shuttle pick up)
