Susan Flack, RN, MS, FAACVPR has worked in the field of cardiac and pulmonary rehab for more than 30 years. She received her BSN and MS in Organizational Leadership from Grand View University, and is the Cardiac / Pulmonary Rehab Manager at UnityPoint Health-Des Moines, in Iowa. Susan is the AACVPR J5 MAC Task Force Liaison, and a regular Day on the Hill participant.

Lorri Lee, MHA, BS, CCRP, ACSM-CEP, FAACVPR is an Exercise Physiologist who has worked in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab field for 24 years. She graduated from Texas A&M University with her bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 1999, and her received her Masters in Healthcare Administration in 2022. She is the Supervisor for CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System’s Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab department in New Braunfels, TX.

Stacey Greenway, MA, MPH, CCRP, RCEP, FAACVPR has worked in the field of Cardiopulmonary Rehab for 23 years. She received her Masters in Exercise Physiology in 2000 and an MPH in 2020, both from East Carolina University. She is currently the Director of Cardiovascular Disease Management at ECU Health in Greenville, NC. Stacey serves on the AACVPR Board of Directors and has been a regular participant at the Day on the Hill since 2014. |
