AACVPR Virtual Learning Refund Policy

AACVPR maintains the following refund and return policies for our Virtual Learning Offerings: 

  • Virtual Workshops & Masterclasses (e.g., LEAD Academy, Billing & Coding, Exercise Prescription)

    • Due to the limited capacity and exclusive nature of these sessions, registration is considered a firm commitment and is non-transferable. All cancellations and/or refund requests must be submitted to education@aacvpr.org no later than 14 days from the start of the program. A $50 administrative fee will be applied to refund requests. No refunds will be made for no-shows.
  • Learning Center Products (e.g., Staff Competencies, Certificate Courses, CCRP Modules)
    • Refund requests for Learning Center Products will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact education@aacvpr.org with a brief explanation.
  • Monthly Live Webinars
    • Refund requests for Live Webinars must be submitted to education@aacvpr.org no later than 14 days from the start of the webinar. To request a refund, contact education@aacvpr.org. No refunds will be made for no-shows.
      • Note: This policy applies only to non-members, as Live Webinars are complimentary for AACVPR members.

*Disclaimer: individuals will not be able to claim CE credits for any Learning Center products that are refunded. Refunds will not be made for completed courses.
