Education

• Opening Keynote Address | $10,000

  Support of the opening keynote will be recognized prominently with remarks from the podium, signage and acknowledgement where the session is listed on the AACVPR website and mobile app.

• Closing Keynote Address | $10,000

  End the Annual Meeting on a high note by supporting the closing keynote. Your company will receive prominent recognition from the podium and reserved seating at the presentation.

• Pre-Meeting Workshops | $5,000 each

  Prior to the official kick off of the Annual Meeting, AACVPR presents pre-meeting workshops on a variety of educational topics. The workshops are intensive half-day sessions with expert faculty presenting.

• Vendor Symposia | $6,500 each (Limited availability)

  AACVPR offers industry partners the opportunity to present non-CE-eligible vendor symposia. Partners may present a session to showcase their company and products or on a topic of their choice. Your session will be included on the AACVPR Annual Meeting website, in email communications and in the mobile app to promote attendance. Stipulations include:

  • Standard audio/visual equipment included
  • Additional food and beverage fees apply
  • Vendor session sponsors are required to exhibit at the Annual Meeting
• Concurrent Breakout Session(s) | $2,500 each; approximately 40 available)

  Leading experts in the industry will present high-quality breakout sessions. Topic-specific sessions delve into new, defined and emerging advances in cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation. Sessions are also recorded and made available online following the Annual Meeting. Sponsorship includes recognition with signage and slides at the supported session and the session’s summary evaluation results will be made available upon request.

• Annual Meeting Scholarships | Contact Us

  AACVPR will award scholarships in your company’s name to enable deserving members to attend the Annual Meeting. Based on available funding, grants will be awarded to applicants who meet specified criteria and are selected by a committee. Each sponsor will have the opportunity to promote and interact with their company’s recipient during the Annual Meeting and will have a photo op on the exhibit floor with their recipient(s) and AACVPR leaders. Support will also be recognized in promotional materials, signage and slides throughout the meeting.

Networking

• Exhibit Showcase Grand Opening Reception | $25,000 (partial support available)

  Be the exclusive sponsor of the Wednesday evening reception that welcomes attendees to the Exhibit Showcase. Sponsorship includes a specialty cocktail named after your company, branded cocktail napkins, signage recognition and a push notification in the mobile app. 

• Affiliate Society Presidents’ Luncheon | $5,000

  Network with AACVPR’s affiliate societies’ presidents over lunch. This sponsorship includes an invitation for (5) company representatives to attend the breakfast, signage and recognition as the sponsor.

• Industry Focus Group(s) | $5,000 each (plus expenses)

  The AACVPR Annual Meeting attracts many different types of attendees. Host a focus group with those that match the demographics in your target audience. AACVPR will assist with promotion of the focus group by sending a sponsored e-blast with an invitation to the targeted group.

• Exhibit Showcase Grand Opening Reception Bar | $3,500 (6 available)

  Sponsor one of the available bars during Wednesday’s Exhibit Showcase Grand Opening Reception. Sponsorship includes your logo on an easel sign that will be placed on the bar and an app push notification.

• Physician Networking Breakfast |$5,000

  Join this select group for a networking breakfast and collect contacts from the physicians that attend our Annual Meeting. This sponsorship includes an invitation for (3) company representatives to attend the breakfast, signage and recognition as the sponsor.

Specialty Items

• Mobile App | $20,000 exclusive support

  All meeting attendees are encouraged to download the mobile app to access the event schedule, download materials and connect with one another. This sponsorship will grant your company exclusive branding opportunities within the app and on related signage.

• Bottled Water | $4,000

  A hotel staff attendant will pass out bottled water at a station in the exhibit hall floor that will be accompanied by signage recognizing your company as the sponsor and a push notification from the mobile app.

• Lanyards | $3,500

  Place your logo prominently on the one accessory all attendees will wear for the duration of the Annual Meeting.

• Directional Footsteps Branding | $1,500

  Help Annual Meeting attendees find their way around the exhibit hall with floor clings featuring your company's branding.

• Mobile App Banner Ad | $1,500

  Use a mobile app banner ad to get your message in front of AACVPR attendees each time they utilize the app.

• Floor Clings | $1,600

  Cover the event space with your company’s logo – either with floor clings or column wraps throughout the event space. See an example here. 

• Registration Bag Insert | $750

  Market your booth or other exciting news from your company to all attendees with an insert in the registration bags. Sponsors may place one (1) item in the registration bag for maximum exposure. Sponsor must design and print inserts, pending AACVPR approval.

• Registration Bags | $7,500
  Annual Meeting attendees collect a lot of goodies in the exhibit hall. Give them a way to carry them with a tote bag branded with your company's logo.

• Company listing in Annual Meeting promotional materials and AACVPR website

Exhibitor Add-Ons

• Snack Station | $5,000 each (4 available)

  Provide snacks for attendees during exhibit hall hours. Sponsorship will include a hotel staff attendant passing out a snack of your choice, as well as signage and a push notification in the app directing attendees to the snack.

• Charging Station | $5,000 each

  Customized with your company’s name and logo, this station allows attendees to charge their cell phones and tablets.

• Passport to Prizes | $400

  Give attendees another reason to stop at your booth by adding your company to the Passport to Prizes competition. Attendees who visit the booths of all exhibitors on the “passport” will be entered in a drawing to win prizes from those exhibitors. Vendor is responsible for providing a prize with $100+ value.
