Speaker Resources
Thank you for participating as a speaker at the AACVPR 40th Annual Meeting. Please provide the information below to assist in your preparation for the upcoming meeting, scheduled for September 17-19, 2025, at the Palm Beach Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Presentation Materials
Breakout and Rapid-Fire session speakers are asked to use the 40th Annual Meeting PowerPoint template when building their presentation(s). Please click here to download the 40th Annual Meeting PPT template. As a reminder, slides are due to speakers@aacvpr.org by Friday, August 1, 2025.
- Format: All presentations should include a disclosure slide following the title slide and should include a conclusion slide with a slide that highlights 2-3 key takeaways that attendees can apply to their practice as a result of what they learn during your session. Finally, all presentations should include citations within each slide, and a final slide of all references.
- Copyright and Attribution Expectations: Presenters are expected to obtain permission for any copyrighted materials used in their presentation. All presentations should include citations within each slide, and a final slide including all references. AACVPR suggests Pexels, Unsplash, and Pixabay as websites to obtain open source images.
- Commercial Influence: To ensure compliance with CME best practices and maintain the integrity of educational content, all presentations must be free from commercial bias. Speakers are expected to avoid the promotion of specific products, services, or companies, and should use generic names when referencing pharmaceuticals or medical devices. No commercial logos should be used. Additionally, any relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies must be disclosed, and such relationships should not influence the content of the presentation.
- Due Date: In order to ensure the educational integrity of the program, the AACVPR Program Planning Committee will conduct a thorough review of all presentations. In order to conduct this review, slides are due to speakers@aacvpr.org no later than Friday, August 1, 2025.
Breakout Session Presenters
All breakout session speakers are required to provide five (5) multiple choice questions and answers based on the knowledge being taught in the presentation. On-demand participants are required to complete these questions in order to claim CE credit for the presentation. Final knowledge assessment questions, along with their corresponding correct answers, are due to speakers@aacvpr.org no later than Friday, August 1, 2025 using the established template.
